Tracking
Following your parcel
What each reference is for, and when each one starts to exist.
Order ID versus tracking number
Order ID
- Issued by us on your order confirmation email
- Use it in any message to us
- It exists from the moment the order is confirmed
Tracking number
- Issued by the courier once the parcel is collected
- Use it on the courier website
- It does not exist until dispatch, which is 1-2 business days after ordering
How to check where your order is
- Handling. The opening 1-2 business days is our part: picking, checking and packing. No courier reference exists during it.
- Dispatch. You get the reference by email as soon as the courier takes the parcel; transit is 3-9 business days from there.
- Past the estimate. Past 4-11 business days from the order date, send us the Order ID and the order email at [email protected] and we will raise it with the courier.
What is normal for these parcels
Long cartons are often routed through a surface hub rather than air, so a patio order can sit at one scan point for a day longer than a bag of grow pots would.
