Terms of sale

Our trading terms

What you are agreeing to at checkout, in plain sentences.

The seller

Novelta Terrace trades from Plot 145, Third Left, behind C21 Mall, Scheme No 55, Scheme 54 PU4, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India and is the seller of record for every order placed on this site. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address below is our business and order fulfilment address.

How an order is formed

The contract forms at the moment we email your order confirmation. Prices are in Indian Rupees and cover the goods; delivery charges appear before checkout is completed.

Product pages are built from what suppliers give us. If a price or figure is plainly wrong, we would rather cancel and refund in full within 5-7 business days than dispatch against an error.

Specifications

Everything technical on a product page comes from the supplier and is repeated as given. We will help you read those figures against your own requirement, but we do not promise fitness for a particular use.

No extra warranty is added by us. If a page states one, that is the manufacturer’s and applies on its terms.

Reading a specification

Nothing on a furniture page should be read as a load rating unless the supplier printed one. Where a chair lists a weight capacity we repeat that figure exactly; where it does not, no figure exists and we will not supply one on request.

Your side

Accurate address, working phone number, parcel checked on delivery. Beyond that, please do not pass our goods off as another brand’s stock or lift the wording and photographs from these pages.

Limits of liability

Consumer rights that Indian law does not allow to be excluded are untouched by anything written here. Subject to that, a product-related claim is limited to what was paid for the product in question.

Which law applies

Indian law governs this agreement — in particular the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights and the applicable jurisdiction rules.
