The numbers
How the estimate is built
Add handling of 1-2 business days to transit of 3-9 business days and you get the 4-11 business days printed above. Nothing is rounded in our favour. We publish the range honestly and it is not a guarantee. Delays at the courier, seasonal volume and weather are the three things that most often push past it.
Dispatch is from Indore, Madhya Pradesh only. The carrier is picked per order according to which network reaches the delivery PIN code.
In the carton
Chairs travel folded in their original carton with corner protection. Metal bed panels are strapped flat, and planters are nested with paper between them so the rims do not scuff.
Outdoor furniture is bulky rather than heavy, and couriers price it by volume. A folded lounger travels as one long carton, a bistro set as two, and a raised bed kit as a flat bundle of panels that is easy to mistake for a delivery of shelving. Where a courier will not carry a long carton to a particular PIN code, we tell you before charging rather than after.
Paying on arrival
COD is available for eligible orders and PIN codes, with no additional COD fee. Payment is made to the delivery agent when the parcel arrives. Where a PIN code is not served for COD the checkout will not offer it.
Damage on arrival
If something arrives broken, write within 48 hours with photographs of both the packaging and the contents. An unboxing video is the single most useful thing you can send. We assess it and issue a replacement or refund where the claim holds.
