How a piece gets listed
We measure the folded size of every chair before it goes on the site, because that figure decides whether it fits through a flat door and into a lift.
Blank fields on our pages are deliberate: the supplier did not give that number and we will not guess it.
How it leaves here
Chairs travel folded in their original carton with corner protection. Metal bed panels are strapped flat, and planters are nested with paper between them so the rims do not scuff.
Outdoor pieces are still furniture. Fold and store seating under cover during the monsoon, and empty planters of standing water so the drainage holes do not silt up.
