We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery. We do not accept credit or debit cards, and no card details are taken or stored on this site.
Orders of ₹999 and over ship free. Under that figure the flat ₹49 charge is applied, and you see it at checkout before confirming.
A note on this catalogue
Larger patio sets are the orders where Cash on Delivery matters most, because nobody wants to prepay for something that may not fit up a stairwell. COD is available on those the same as on a single grow bag.
GST and your invoice
On tax: Novelta Terrace is not registered for GST. Our turnover is below the applicable GST registration threshold, which is why registration has not been taken. It follows that GST is not charged separately at any point in the order, and that we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN — we have no registration number to put on one. What you see on the product page is the price of the goods, with any delivery charge shown before you complete checkout.
Failed and duplicate payments
Send the UPI transaction reference for any debit that did not produce an order and we will follow it up. A duplicated payment is returned within 7 business days after confirmation.
