Who we share it with

Personal data reaches the service providers that make an order possible – hosting and network providers, the payment processor, the courier – and any party the law requires. It is not sold and not shared with advertisers.

Cookies on this site

We use cookies required for functions such as the shopping cart and checkout. We do not run a third-party analytics or advertising pixel on this site. Our hosting and network providers may set their own technical cookies for security and caching. If additional cookies or services are introduced, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Delivery information

Delivery notes for bulky furniture sometimes carry a landmark rather than a flat number, because that is what the courier needs to find the address. We keep that note with the order and pass it to the courier handling the delivery.

How long records live

Order records are held for the period needed to handle the order itself, any return or refund, our accounts, and whatever a legal obligation requires. Nobody is added to a mailing list without asking.

Your rights

You may contact us to request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask for deletion where we are not required to retain it. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), applies to how we handle it.
